Every family has a story to tell, and we are particularly interested in stories about Inniscarra families, even from those who may have left the parish and travelled to distant shores. If you have memories of your family and life in Inniscarra, or you have relatives who left Inniscarra to live abroad, tell us your story!
Write it in any way that suits you and send it to us, and we will do all the necessary before publishing it here. If you have photographs, in whatever form, we will ensure that they are secure. Hard copy photos will be scanned and immediately returned to you (so make sure that we have a return address).
To start this off, we have a story written by the late Finbar O'Brien of Tower, which was originally published in the Inniscarra News in May 2000, which he entitled simply Old Tower.

We then have a brief biography of Denny Lane, patriot, writer and businessman, which was first published in the Inniscarra News in 2000.

The life of Bryan O'Connor reminds us of the friendships that existed in communities in the old days.
